I’m a UX and product design consultant who helps teams make sense of complex products. I’ve led experience design as Head of Design and worked for years as a Principal Design Consultant, across OTT and media, enterprise SaaS, fintech-style data platforms and consumer commerce.
My work sits where research, strategy and design meet. I help teams define the problem, align stakeholders and ship experiences that are simple to use and hold up at scale. I’m equally comfortable setting design direction for a leadership team and working hands-on with the people building the product.
I’m IBM Design Thinking certified, and I work with product teams on a project or fractional basis.
I am a UX Generalist who loves getting my hands dirty in every aspect, whether it's diving into product design or geeking out on user research.
I'm all about turning challenges into triumphs with a user-centric twist. From pixel-perfect designs to digging into the nitty-gritty of user behaviour, I'm your guy. And hey, when the project demands it, I team up with other rockstars in the field to sprinkle that extra magic. Join me
